Abstract
La siguiente investigación se establece en la mejora de la implementación bim existente de la empresa En Obra Chile, la empresa estudiada, hace uso de bim para la generación de sus proyectos de arquitectura y posterior construcción de ellos, pero se identifica una falta de prolijidad en la implementación y se genera una pérdida de recursos y tiempo invertido para cada partida. La siguiente investigación se establece dentro del proceso constructivo de la obra proyectada durante la etapa de diseño, identificándose en esta fase la perdida de materiales dispuestos para la obra, situación que aqueja directamente al mandante dado que es su inversión la que se ve afectada y la empresa ofertante de igual forma posiblemente no adjudique licitaciones dado el sobre costo indicado para el itemizado. Este es un indicador de la falta de desarrollo de este para ofertar, se espera con un sistema BIM dar solución a esta problemática.

Abstract
The following investigation is stablished in the improvement of the bim implementation existent of the company En Obra Chile, the studied company, makes use of bim for the creation of their architecture and subsequent building, but a lack of detailedness in the implementation and it creates a loss of resources and invested time for each consignment.
The following investigation is stablished inside the constructive process of the building site projected during its design stage, identifying in this phase the loss of materials disposed for the building site, a situation that afflicts directly to the superior given that it is its investment that is affected and the offering company, in the same way, possibly, doesn’t allocates tenders given the extra charge indicated for the itemization. This is an indicator of the lack of development of it to offer, it is expected that with an BIM system we can have a solution for this problem.
