Abstract
Este trabajo, analizara la situación de control interno de una pequeña empresa constructora, analizando cada departamento de la empresa, para poder elaborar un informe que dé cuenta de la auditoría realizada, y de esta manera poder entregarle a la empresa recomendaciones respecto a su situación y mejoras a los procesos de control interno y así mejorar sus números. Para esto, se realizarán encuestas, entrevistas e inspecciones a terreno.

Abstract
This assignment will analyze the situation of internal control in a small building company, analyzing each department of the company, to elaborate a report that shows the audit made, and, in this way, give the company recommendations in regards to its situation and improvements to the internal control processes and thus improving their numbers. For this, we will analyze surveys, interviews and in-field inspections.
