| dc.description.abstract | La idea de crear una ONG llamada AMA, nació de la empresa Estancia Cerro Paine dada la importancia y de la toma de conciencia de la Responsabilidad Social Empresarial. Con los años, esta idea fue creciendo y en noviembre de 2004 se conforma la Agrupación Medio Ambiental AMA Torres del Paine, con el objetivo de apoyar y financiar la investigación para el desarrollo de programas orientados al cuidado y la preservación medioambiental. La Organización está conformada por un grupo de personas, investigadores, trabajadores y empresarios, quienes comparten la visión de contribuir a la comuna de Torres del Paine mediante acciones de conservación, investigación, educación y desarrollo sustentable del turismo de la región de Magallanes. | |
