Abstract
El trabajo que se expone nace a las urgentes necesidades de Senado de la Republica de mejorar el sistema de tramitación de incidencias ocurridas que afecten el normal desempeño de los funcionarios en el ejercicio de sus cargos. Entiéndase como INCIDENCIAS, toda ocurrencia de fallos técnicos producidos tanto en equipamientos electrónicos como computadores, impresoras equipos de sonido, televisores, etc. como también problemas relacionados con obras civiles menores como los relacionados con los muebles, pisos, cielos, entre otros. La intención de este proyecto es hacerse cargo de esta problemática, conociendo las exigencias y necesidades del cliente, Senado de la República como también conocer los requerimientos de los usuarios con el fin de dar el máximo de factibilidad operacional y por consiguiente disminuir riesgos en su aceptación. Para lograr este objetivo es necesario presentar al usuario un prototipo que entregue todo lo que en usuario necesita del programa y por sobre todo entregar una interface cómoda instituida de navegación natural y pensada en personas cuyas edades están entre los veinte cinco y setenta años. Para el desarrollo del proyecto se considera utilizar la metodología AGIL SCRUM ya que nos permite trabajar por etapas (hitos), es una metodología que se adapta a los cambios, algo muy positivo en usuarios que tienen ciertas indefiniciones al momento de dar sus opiniones. Por otro lado, y no menor, es una metodología donde se trabaja en conjunto con el cliente y usuarios donde se van cumpliendo etapas y se evidencia los avances en el proyecto, lo que produce satisfacción, seguridad y la certeza del usuario de ser parte de la solución. Finalmente, este proyecto otorgará una forma de agilizar sustancialmente el tiempo de tramitación de incidencias, disminuyendo los tiempos de espera y por consiguiente se garantiza que la interrupción en el proceso de trabajo por la ocurrencia de incidentes será mucho menor que como funciona actualmente.

Abstract
This following project is born of the urgent necessity of the Senado de la Republica to better the processing system of occurred incidences that affect the normal performance of employees in the exercise of their charges.
Understand as INCIDENCES, every occurrence of technical decisions produced in part to the electronic equipment like computers, printers, sound equipment, televisions, etc. as well as problems related to minor civil works like the ones related to properties, floors, ceilings, among others.
The intention of this project is to take responsibility of this problem, knowing the demands and needs of the client, Senado de la República, as well as knowing the requirements of the users with the end of giving the maximum operational feasibility and thus, reduce the risks in their acceptance.
To achieve this objective is necessary to present the user with a prototype that gives the user everything the user needs about the program and overall, give a comfortable interface instituted in the natural navigation and though for persons which ages are between twenty-five and seventy years old.
For the development of this project a AGIL SCRUM methodology is considered, because it allows us to work by stages (milestones), a methodology that adapts to the changes, something very positive in users that have certain vagueness at the moment of giving their opinions. In the other hand, and no less, is a methodology were we work in conjunction with the client and the users where stages are achieved and the advancements in the project are evidenced, which produces satisfaction, security and certainty for the users to be part of the solution.
Finally, this project will give a way to speed up substantially in time of processing of incidences, decreasing the waiting times and thus, ensuring that the interruption of this project because of the occurrence of incidences will be lesser as to how it works currently.
