Abstract
La salud pública, como concepto, en el último tiempo ha demostrado estar en las altas prioridades de las personas, y por ende también de los estados, que han de velar por su acceso, efectividad, financiamiento y promoción. Los Centros de salud, en sintonía con lo anterior, son actores relevantes para las respuestas y coberturas a las necesidades del ámbito de salud y prevención. De allí la importancia de implementar estrategias en sus servicios, y que estos sean correctamente estructurados, con análisis y mejoras continuas, cuya evolución aseguré sostenibilidad en el tiempo. El estudio presentado en este trabajo refiere como, junto con la trayectoria de las instituciones, existen márgenes de crecimiento o expansión, basados en visiones objetivas que planteen opciones de estructuración interna, para aumentar el nivel de cobertura y eficiencia, permitiendo nuevas oportunidades de desarrollo organizacional.

Abstract
Public health, as a concept, in the recent times has proven to be of high priority for the people, and, consequently, also for the state, which have to watch over it access, effectiveness, founding and promotion.
Health centers, in understanding of the prior, are relevant actors for the range and response of the needs of the health and prevention areas. From there it’s the importance of implementing strategies in their services, and these ones are correctly structured, with analysis and continued improvements, which evolution secures sustainability in time.
The study presented in this work presents how, with the trajectory of the institutions, there exists margin for room or expansion, based in objectives vision que suggest options of internal organization, to increase the range level and efficiency, permitting new opportunities of organizational development.
