Abstract
La presente investigación periodística se basó en una práctica sexual llamada cruising y lo habitual que se ha vuelto en la actualidad en la ciudad de Santiago de Chile. Esta consiste en encuentros sexuales consentidos entre hombres desconocidos en lugares públicos y privados, tales como parques, cyber´s, cerros, entre otros. El objetivo principal del análisis es exponer los problemas que presenta esta práctica, mediante la realización de un reportaje audiovisual de género informativo, clasificado dentro del tipo narrativo e investigativo. Durante esta investigación se descubrieron las principales preocupaciones que se presentan cotidianamente en esta praxis, las que están ligadas directamente a los ámbitos legales y sanitarios. Esto debido a que los encuentros sexuales de esta práctica son anónimos y no existe comunicación entre los participantes, pero sí un consentimiento tácito, por lo que en muchas ocasiones personas adultas mantienen relaciones íntimas con menores de edad, principalmente adolescentes. Otro punto que se considera son las Infecciones de Transmisión Sexual (ITS), ya que gran parte de los participantes de cruising no utilizan medios de protección como preservativos, ni tampoco PrEP, un medicamento antiviral que reduce las posibilidades de contagiar VIH. Es así, como los casos de contagios por sífilis, gonorrea y otras ITS han incrementado en los últimos años y se han convertido en una pequeña pandemia.

Abstract
The following journalistic investigation was based in a sexual practice known as cruising and how common has become nowadays in the city of Santiago of Chile. This practice consists in consented sexual encounters between unknown males in public and private places, such as parks, cyber coffees, hills, among others.
The objective of this analysis is to expose the main problems that this practice presents, by the making of an audiovisual report of informative character, classified inside the narrative or investigative type.
During this investigation, it was discovered the principal concerns that are presented daily in this practice, which are closely related to legal and sanitary areas.
This is because the sexual encounters of this practice are anonymous and there isn’t communication between the participants, but there is a tacit consent, this is why in many occasions, adults have intimate relations with underage people, mainly teenagers.
Other point that is considered are the Sexual Transmission Diseases (STD), because the majority of the participants of cruising don’t use protection methods such as condoms, nor PrEP, an antiviral medicine that reduces the possibilities of spreading HIV.
As well as the cases of syphilis contagion, gonorrhea, and other STD have increased in the last years and have become a small pandemic.
