| dc.description.abstract | Esta investigación estudia las apreciaciones de las profesionales de la Oficina de Acompañamiento y Denuncias y de la Línea de Prevención y Promoción del Programa de Género y Equidad de la Universidad Tecnológica Metropolitana, respecto a la incidencia de la comunicación interna con enfoque de género en sus campos de acción. Se examinan los relatos de las profesionales referente a la importancia atribuida al enfoque de género en la comunicación interna, el uso y trascendencia del lenguaje no sexista y sus apreciaciones referentes a las formas en que el enfoque de género de la comunicación interna repercute en sus intervenciones laborales. El estudio utiliza una metodología cualitativa de carácter exploratorio, para lo cual se aplican entrevistas. El análisis del discurso compone la herramienta analítica de la pesquisa. Los resultados muestran que la comunicación interna con enfoque de género tiene la capacidad de influir en los campos de acción laboral, materializando en prácticas con perspectiva de género. Las reuniones, discusiones, aunamiento de criterios y socio-educación acaecida en el compañerismo del grupo a través del lenguaje no sexista, constituyen el cimiento de los planes de intervención y accionar de cada integrante, para poder dar vida a prácticas en favor de la igualdad y libertad de las personas. Se concluye que el valor estratégico de la comunicación interna con enfoque de género radica en el sentido y directriz que logra repercutir en el accionar del personal. A la vez, estas prácticas se vinculan con el entorno social de las organizaciones, que cada vez exige más la erradicación de la violencia de género. | |

| dc.uniacc.abstract | This investigation studies the appreciations of the professionals of the Accompanying and Complaint Office and the Line of Prevention and Promotion of the Gender and Equity Program of the Metropolitan University of Technology, in regards to the incidence of the internal communication, with a gender focus in their fields of action. The stories of the professionals are examined referring the importance attributed to the gender focus in the internal communication, the use and transcendence of a non-sexist language and their appreciations referring the forms in which the gender focus of the internal communication have an effect in their labor interventions. This study uses a qualitative methodology with an exploratory character, for which interviews are applied. The analysis of the speech composes the analytic tool of the investigation. The results show that the internal communication with a gender focus has the capacity of influence in the fields of labor action, materializing in the practices with gender perspective. The reunions, discussions, combination of criteria and socio-education happening in the comradeship of the group through a non-sexist language, they make the foundation of the intervention and action plans of each integrant, to bring to life practices in favor of equality and liberty in the people. It is concluded that the strategic value of the internal communication with a gender focus resides in the sense and guideline that affects in the staff action. Likewise, these practices are bind together with the social environment of the organizations, each time demands more eradication of the gender violence. | en |
