| dc.description.abstract | Dentro de la estabilidad funcional de una institución pública como la Dirección general de aeronáutica civil (importante organismo regulador del espacio aéreo en Chile), existe un servicio de carácter regular para ciudadanía y que representa además un compromiso de carácter social para sus funcionarios. Pero en los últimos años, inestables en términos de economía y contexto pandémico, es necesario establecer una hipótesis; que pretenda responder a una inquietud que nos nace como investigadores y trabajadores de la misma entidad, ¿existirán algunas posibles consecuencias e implicancias financieras para la dirección general de aeronáutica civil, emanadas por el contexto pandémico?, ¿y si estas consecuencias pudiesen repercutir en la estabilidad y compromiso que la institución mantiene con el funcionario? Por lo tanto, a través de este trabajo explorativo de investigación, buscaremos responder con enfoque cualitativo, las experiencias y tratos que los funcionarios/as percibieron durante los años 2020 y 2021; y si las condiciones laborales que el bienestar social manifestó durante ese periodo habrían permitido o no, el correcto cumplimiento de objetivos o servicios que la DGAC busca impartir a sus funcionarios. | |

| dc.uniacc.abstract | Inside the functional stability of a public institution such as the Dirección General de Aeronáutica Civil (an important organism the regulates the Chilean aerial space), exists a regular service for the citizenry and that, furthermore, represents a social commitment to its employees. But in the last years, unstable in terms of economy and pandemic context it is necessary to stablish a hypothesis; that could answer the concerns that are born for us investigators and employees of the same entity, is there any financial consequence and implications for the Dirección General de Aeronáutica Civil coming from the pandemic context? And, can these consequences have an effect in the stability and commitment that the institution has with the employees? Therefore, by this explorative investigation assignment, we will answer with a qualitative focus, the experiences and behaviors noticed by the employees between the years 2020 and 2021; and if the working conditions that the social welfare manifested across this period allowed or not the correct fulfillment of the objectives or services that the DGAC seeks to give to their employees. | en |
