Abstract
En el presente trabajo evaluaremos la Planificación como un elemento fundamental en el desarrollo, puesta en marcha y operación de una empresa. El caso ya individualizado, hace referencia a la creación de una empresa productiva, donde el concepto de Planificación es el primero que aparece al momento de sentarnos a cuantificar las tareas a desarrollar, luego de haber desarrollado la idea de negocio a realizar.

Abstract
In the following assignment we will evaluate the Planning as a fundamental element in the development, star-up and operations of a company.
The personalized case makes reference to the creation of a productive company where the concept of Planning is the first in appear after developing the idea of making a business.
Inside the elements to considerate, we will review the following: Sells Project, Investment Alternatives, Profit Projection, Changes to the Productive Assets that the Company Has.
The business idea, already evaluated, will be the creation of a productive company where its principal product to make would be thermopannels, more known as DVH (Doble Vidriado Hermetico).
