Abstract
El presente estudio tuvo como objetivo explorar la experiencia de psicoterapeutas sistémicosfamiliares, en Chile, al realizar psicoterapia online y cómo dicha experiencia pudo aportar a un mayor conocimiento de los requerimientos específicos para la realización de sus tareas. Se utilizó una metodología cualitativa y se aplicaron entrevistas semiestructuradas; el análisis de los datos fue a la base de la Teoría Fundamentada con apoyo del software ATLAS.ti 23 como herramienta de apoyo. Más allá de dar cuenta de logros de la psicoterapia online, el objetivo central del presente estudio se enmarca fundamentalmente en la exploración y descripción de la experiencia de los participantes, el impacto en sus vidas y conclusiones a las que han llegado a través de la experiencia descrita, entendiendo el contexto de pandemia como un determinante en dichas conclusiones.

Abstract
The objective of this study was to explore and describe the experience of systemic-family therapists in Chile, when performing online psychotherapy and how this experience could contribute to greater knowledge of the specific requirements for carrying out their tasks. A qualitative methodology was used and semi-structured interviews were applied; The data analysis was based on Grounded Theory with the support of the ATLAS.ti 23 software as a support tool. Beyond reporting on the achievements of online psychotherapy, the central objective of this study is fundamentally framed in the exploration and description of the participant ‘s experience, the impact on their lives and conclusions they have reached through the experience described, understanding the pandemic context as a determinant in said conclusions.
