Abstract
Chile y el mundo, actualmente viven una de las peores crisis sanitarias de la historia moderna. Las consecuencias de la pandemia del COVID-19 se han hecho notar no solo en las urgencias de los hospitales, sino que también en la calidad de vida laboral de las personas. En este trabajo, abordaremos los temas de Calidad de Vida Laboral con el de pandemia, y los uniremos para estudiar y analizar la percepción que han tenido los colaboradores de Banco Santander Chile todo este periodo de encierro y teletrabajo.

Abstract
Chile and the world currently live one of the worst sanitary crisis of the modern history. The consequences of the COVID-19 pandemic have been felt not only in the emergency rooms of the hospitals, but also in the quality of the work life of the people.
In this assignment, we will tackle the themes of Quality of Work Life with the pandemic, and we will join them together to study and analyze the perceptions that have had the collaborators of Banco Santander Chile in this whole period of lockdown and teleworking.
