dc.description.abstractChile y el mundo, actualmente viven una de las peores crisis sanitarias de la historia moderna. Las consecuencias de la pandemia del COVID-19 se han hecho notar no solo en las urgencias de los hospitales, sino que también en la calidad de vida laboral de las personas. En este trabajo, abordaremos los temas de Calidad de Vida Laboral con el de pandemia, y los uniremos para estudiar y analizar la percepción que han tenido los colaboradores de Banco Santander Chile todo este periodo de encierro y teletrabajo.
