| dc.description.abstract | Uno de los tantos impactos de la pandemia COVID-19 ha sido la obligación de tener que tomar medidas extremas como el teletrabajo debido a los confinamientos, trabajar desde la comodidad del hogar, se ha vuelto más común que nunca producto de la pandemia, que afecta a todo el mundo, y además gracias a los continuos avances de la tecnología. Partidarios de esta modalidad la defienden con argumentos tales como la comodidad personal, mayor autonomía, ningún traslado, más tiempo con la familia etc.; mientras que estas razones son ciertamente atractivas para querer trabajar desde casa, hay fuertes argumentos que presentan un real lado negativo. En este trabajo voy a abordar esta problemática actual y creciente en el mundo laboral con un enfoque en la administración de recursos humanos. | |

| dc.uniacc.abstract | One of the many of the COVID-19 pandemic has been the obligation of having to take extreme measures like working from home because of the confinements, working from the comfort of home has been more common than ever product of the pandemic, which affects everyone, and, besides, thanks to the continued advances of technology. Supporters of this modality defend it with arguments such as the personal commodity, better self-esteem, no need for traveling, more time with their families, etc.; while these reasons are clearly attractive to be wanting working from home, there are strong arguments that present a real negative side. In this assignment I will address this current problematic which is increasing in the workplace with a focus in the management of human resources. | en |
